Will you include a packing slip when my gift is shipped?

No. We understand that most of our orders are shipped directly to the recipient, so we do not include a printed packing slip.

Can I purchase items without a gift box?

Absolutely! Just shop from our “Individual Products” section. Any individual items added to your cart without an added gift box will not be included in a gift box and will ship in a regular shipping box or polymailer.

What is a Ready-To-Go Box?

Our Ready-To-Go boxes offer a quick and easy way to shop. We have thoughtfully picked out items to create these themed boxes. Items in Ready-To-Go boxes cannot be changed or substituted. (You can build a Custom Gift Box for a unique gift!)

Ready-To-Go boxes include a gift box which you can choose when adding the box to your cart and the option to add a note to your recipient. (There is no need to add a separate gift box to your cart when ordering a Ready-To-Go box.)

How can I build a Custom Gift Box?

1. Add items from the Individual Items section to your cart.
2. Add a Gift Box to your cart.
3. Optional- Include a note for your recipient and we will handwrite it on a complementary note card.

We will carefully pack your individual items into the gift box with white crinkle paper. (All gift boxes will be put inside a mailing box for safe shipping.)

*If a gift box is not added to your cart, your individual items will not be included in a gift box and will ship in a regular shipping box or polymailer.

How much does it cost to make a Custom Gift Box?

A custom gift box is the sum of all individual items plus $6.00 for the gift box. This includes your items carefully packed in white crinkle paper into your choice of gift box and a handwritten note (optional).

Should I add a gift box to my cart if I am ordering a Ready-To-Go Box?

Nope. Ready-To-Go boxes include the price of a gift box which you will get to choose as you add it to your cart.

Is there a set number of items that I can add when building a custom box?

No, but we suggest choosing at least 3-4 items. We carry 3 different sizes of gift boxes for different numbers of items. (Don’t worry- we will take care of choosing the best size based on the specific items for your box!)

What do the gift boxes look like?

Check out our photos in the Gift Box section. We have options for many celebrations and offer personalized options! All gift boxes are 2 pieces (base and a lid).

Items will be carefully packed inside with white crinkle paper. (Gift boxes will be packed inside a shipping box for shipping.)

Depending on the number of items in the box, box sizes are either 6x6x4, 8x8x5 or 10x10x5.5 . Most of our Ready-To-Go boxes fit perfectly in an 8x8x5 box. (Don’t worry- we will take care of choosing the best size based on the specific items for your box!)
